The former classrooms now serve as modern meeting rooms, while the sports hall has been converted into a flexible event space. The restaurant's dining hall and private dining room provide excellent facilities for everything from business meetings and lunches to more formal corporate gatherings.

Introducing:
Häyhä – A Versatile Space for Larger Events
Häyhä is Rata Academy's largest meeting and training room. It is ideal for staff events, training days, seminars and larger meetings.
The space can easily be adapted to different table layouts and seating arrangements. It works equally well as a lecture room or an interactive workshop environment, with plenty of space for group activities and collaborative work.
Satu – Creative Collaboration and Interaction
Satu is a bright and inspiring meeting room designed to encourage active participation and collaboration. It is particularly well suited to workshops, brainstorming sessions and group activities where discussion and interaction take centre stage.
The space makes it easy to create an open and engaging atmosphere that encourages creative thinking and the development of new ideas.
Hirvi – A Peaceful Space for Decision-Making
Hirvi is a traditional, well-organised meeting room that provides a quiet environment for focused work. It is particularly well suited to management meetings, strategic planning and confidential discussions.
When you need space to think, discuss important matters and make decisions, Hirvi offers a comfortable, distraction-free setting.
Sports Hall as an Event Space
The building's former sports hall now serves as a versatile event space. It is ideal for larger groups, corporate events, exhibitions, indoor activities and a wide range of themed events.
The space can also be incorporated into larger events, alongside our meeting facilities and restaurant services.
Restaurant Dining Hall and Private Dining Room
Our restaurant dining hall, together with its private dining room for up to 30 guests, provides versatile dining facilities for meetings, training sessions and corporate events. The spaces are suitable for everything from lunches and dinners to more private client events.
